Our Rooms

Baby Room

Divided into three areas, (play, physical and sleep) strictly for babies only. The baby room is a quiet, safe and relaxing environment.

In the baby room the team focus on communication and stability as well as meeting each child’s individual needs. We have a small facility within the baby room to warm bottles and prepare delicious snacks.

We provide an excellent selection of quality baby toys and appropriate age related equipment. We encourage parents to discuss their baby’s sleeping and feeding needs with us as well as their stimulation and development needs.

The children are also encouraged to participate in creative play and we have a messy area for these activities including, painting, sand and water.

Toddler Room

The toddler room over looks our secure outdoor play area. The light and spacious room is equipped to aid in the continued development of your child. The toddler room has an indoor play room which is equipped with soft indoor play toys, and a physical gym.

Your toddler will get used to listening for longer periods, joining in group games, sharing with friends and building new relationships.

Afternoon sleeps may still be needed and toilet training may be appropriate at this age for some children, we provide encouragement and the support needed. Each child designs their own toileting chart and receives a sticker for each potty / toileting experience.

Social skills are developing quickly at this age and we aim to further this development through circle and key group times. We aim to promote self-esteem, care and good manners in all of our children.

Pre-School Room

Our pre-school room is divided into two areas, the main room and sensory room. Are aim is to create a stimulating and challenging environment where there are opportunities to learning at every turn.

The pre-school staff provide fun filled educational activities that reflect upon the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Computers are provided in the pre-school room so the children can learn about keyboards and mice which allows them to be hands on and experience new technology.

Gradually we start to introduce a more structured day to prepare the children for school. We build and encourage self-confidence and an enjoyment of learning, so when they start school, they are self-assured and ready to go.
